We are going to the Cub's game on Thursday night, and you boys can't stop talking about it! Every morning you ask "How much more days for the Cub's game?" "Mom, who are they versing?" "Mom, they're gonna win because they got the power and they got the speed. They are the best team in the National Lead!" (stealing a line from the Cub's musical anthem).

I am so disappointed that Fall has come full force in the last few days. We are going to be FREEZING, and I hope that you last the whole game. We are taking blankets, hats, gloves, scarves, and and umbrella just in case the 20 % chance of rain decides to make an appearance. We're going to be dressed for a football game instead, but I can't wait to see your eyes light up as we sit only 8 rows back from the field.

I am praying now for Derrek Lee (Parker's favorite) and Kosuke Fukudome (Kent's favorite) to play. They play 1st base and Right Field, and our seats are right by them both. If they don't play, you will be crushed.

Go Cubs Go!
