Boys...

I am having so much fun with you. Yesterday, due to the fall weather on the horizon, I started to teach you a few football drills. Kent, you were the center, and quickly learned to pass the ball under your legs when you heard me yell 'Hike". Parker, you were the receiver, and you loved to get in a huddle before the pass to discuss a route for you to run. We ran a few plays, but Kent got tired and quit on us. Catching a football is a little more tricky, and throwing a football is even more confusing, so we'll work on that this fall. Then in the evening your buddy Sam, and his parents came over for a bonfire. The adults sat around the fire laughing, and your boys played all sorts of imaginary games that involved a variety of "bad guys".

Just thought I'd share a picture that encapsulates what it is like to be a lady and raise boys..

There are two ninja turtles that have taken over my vase on the kitchen table.
