Last year during the playoffs, we put a T.V. in Parker's room so that he could watch the Cubs at night. We never took it out. We hide the cable so that he can't plug the TV in and watch it, but the TV itself is still on the shelf.
Around 3:58 this morning I heard Parker's bedroom door close. I got up to make sure he was okay, and there is my five year old, camped in front of the turned on TV. I turned it off, and hid the cable so hopefully he won't find it again. Parker ended up in bed with me and Erik, because he said he was having some bad dreams about soccer. (I was too tired to even ask).
About 5 minutes later, I felt a tug on my sheets, and there was Kenters and his constant companion, Gigi Bunny. They both made their way in our bed as well. In our queen sized bed we had 1 grown man, 1 grown woman, a five year old boy, an almost three year old boy, one stuffed monkey named George, and one blue bunny.
We a) need a bigger bed, or b) need to start locking our door!
