Carlos Zambrano's no-hitter. The first one since 1972 for the Cubbies-that's 6 years before I was born. Tonight the boys and I cleaned up, and gathered in my room to watch the game. Parker knew "Big Z" was on the mound and he said, "Don't worry mommy. He's the best.". Wise words from a 4 year old. Now I feel bad that I made him go to bed after the 5th inning. He missed a piece of history.

If the Cubs make it to the series, I'll let Parker stay up as late as wants!

we would have to have a huge cubs party if they make it to the world series...I asked Jason if he would go downtown with me and hang out down there when they are playing a game in Chicago, and he said he'd rather watch it on TV...so if they make it to the series we can leave the boys behind adn us girls go to the city!

I watched Big Z in the ninth inning and screamed when he got his third out! How awesome!!

Today I love the Cubs! Tomorrow may be a different story! HA! You know how it is as a devoted Cubs fan sometimes you love them and sometimes you are so mad at the way they are playing baseball you hate them! :)

I really hope we go to the World Series this year! Then I can tell Addison she was born the year the Cubs FINALLY won the World Series!
