LOL.. YES. makes perfect sense! Happens to me ALL the time. I read recently that if you are a list person, the trick is to have one of your list items as a fun. ie 1. Do this chore. 2. Do this chore. 3. Go for a run while listening to Cubs. 4. Do this chore. Tom Hopkins calls it "pre-planned procrastination". A concept that I never really apply to myself but I should.
sidenote:Someeone should make real life mood indicators...like the myspace ones. Mike

Yes it makes perfect sense. I've learned to not over committ myself and I'm actually doing much better at that now. It's just not worth it.
I totally understand!! I live it most days!! But one of the greatest lessons I have learned is to say "no". That has helped me a lot!!
