Shopping

Yesterday I went shopping all day with some friends from church. We left at 8:30 am, and did not return home until about 7:30 pm. It was quite an affair, and my husband graciously agreed to watch the boys the entire day. I had fun, but I really only bought one Christmas gift. I only spent $35, and for being gone for 11 hours, that is GREAT! We went to Gurnee Mills and it is two miles of store after store. By the end of our time, all of the merchandise was beginning to look the same. We decided that we are going to go back after Christmas, to see if we can get any good deals. We'll see if Erik is up to spending the whole day with the boys again!

My brother goes to school only a few minutes from the mall, so he met me there and we walked around for an hour or so. In case the world doesn't know, I love my baby bro, and I'm glad he came there just to spend time with his older sister. I did buy him a scarf from H & M for his troubles.
