For almost four years now, I've instituted Cinnamon Roll Thursday. It is Erik's day off and I like doing something special for my three boys on that day. It's not like I make them from scratch or anything. I just open the tube and stick them in the oven. The funny thing is that Erik rarely gets up in time to eat the delicious treats before his boys devour them.
Somethings never change...Jesus is one. My love for the Cubbies is another. And Cinnamon Thursday will be a staple in our family as long as Erik has Thursdays off.

I LOVE that... I always had Taco Tuesday with my parents and I will never forget it ;)
That is a great idea. Chris' day off is Friday and our tradition is sleeping in, but maybe once we have children of our own and sleeping in isn't an option I can start something like this. U are such a good wife and mother! :)
that reminds of how one when asked "why my mom is special," one of my kindergartens told me, "because she gives the middle part of her cinnamon roll" (how cute is that?). that's what the boys will be saying about you
