Three Men and a Lady

The boys were outside playing "Cubs" when Kent came over to me crying.

"Mommy, Parka hit me."
"Parker, why did you hit your brother?"
"Because I am Derrick Lee and Kent is Fukodome and he wanted to play first! Derrick Lee plays first base!"

"Mom, do you know that Superman is fiction?"
"Do you know what fiction means?"
"No."
"Fiction means it is not real. It's just a story."
"Jesus is not fiction cause he's real."
"That's right."
"Jesus is real and he made Superman and The Flash."

Okay, at least he was on track for a little while. It just seems that no matter what the subject matter, it always comes back to baseball and super heroes.
