Kent came downstairs with a piece of pizza and sat down in his Elmo chair to watch T.V. What is so cute about this story? I did not give him this food. He retrieved it from the garbage can, and made it a bedtime snack. Eww.
I bought Parker's Pre-school teachers a box of chocolate each for the last day of class. I have no self-discipline and I opened a box and indulged. I ate four chocolates, and now I'm mad at myself because I have to make an extra trip to Fannie Mae to purchase another gift. I have NO self discipline when it comes to chocolate in my house!
I took Parker to the garage sales with me this weekend, and before we left I told Parker to empty out his bank and put the money in his wallet. At the first house we stopped at, he spotted two army planes for 50 cents. He opened his wallet and took out a handful of Chuck E Cheese coins. The lady thought he was so adorable she said, "I can't take any money from him. He's just too cute. You can have whatever you want for free." Hmmm..maybe I should try this tactic the next time I go to Target.
