Memorial Day

A shout out to Papa Elton who fought in World War II. Thanks Papa for putting your life on the line to ensure the freedom of your children, grand-children, and great grandchildren.

In service, Pastor Doug took a moment to pray for the veterans and the current armed forces, and he said that sometimes it is hard to appreciate freedom because it is all we've ever known. I don't want to be guilty of that.

I love my country, and I am grateful for the men and women who defend me and secure my freedom. Thank God for such a beautiful country.
