I am going to spend my second night in the hospital with my sister. She had a c-section on Monday and has been having some complication with her blood levels since. Her stay has been extended until Sunday, and her poor husband needs some rest.
I don't mind being there except for the fact that there are more comfortable beds in prison, than there are in the hospital.
I slept over on Wednesday night and stayed for the morning on Thursday as well. I held my new nephew and attempted to read him his first book...Apple Picking with Clifford....he fell asleep during the second page. Today I am bringing flash cards, so I can teach him new words. Yes, I'm a nut.
My husband has been so gracious during this ordeal, by watching the boys on Thursday, and giving up his boys and wife tonight and tomorrow. I am glad that he values what I value...my family.
That's it, and I'm out.

Oh my goodness, I had no idea Sharon was still in the hospital with complications in her blood levels!!! Rick and I will be praying for her and restored health!

OH you are such a great sister. I know if my sister were to live closer me she would do the same. I am praying for Sharon and for your back! haha
Something that Chris and I know a lot about is that hospitals do need better beds for family who stay over. Your such a great sport!
