Today...work, boys,washing laundry, dishes, floors, grocery shop, vote, work, dinner, baths, getting tax papers together, and then at 9:00 I get to watch re-runs of The Office while I fold laundry (this is the highlight of my day. What a boring life I lead).
I DESPISE TAX SEASON. You never really know how unorganized you are, until it comes time to find all the important papers. Because Erik is a minister, it is considered to be a self-employed position. This makes it impossible to do our taxes on our own. With the help of a very competent and kind adviser (Mr. D), we get the job done. But, I usually get extremely stressed during this time, and I always vow to be more organized "next year".

This is our first year doing taxes as chris being a pastor. We are also getting all our paperwork together to meet with the guy who will be doing our taxes. He also does our pastors. We are waiting for my work to send me my papers. I am hoping we get more back with our house that we bought last year. Have a great day and remember your life may seem boring, but you are so blessed!
Probably most males will give me flack for this but...I do think that moms should get a heck of a paycheck for doing all the things that they do. The fact that you do all of that...AND work, and everything else is amazing. Props to the moms.
I agree!! Tax time makes me crazy and it totally reminds me of how NOT organized I am which totally drives my husband crazy! And... Joel works in Ohio but we live in Kentucky ... so we always owe something to Kentucky! That stinks!!!.......
