Lost...I choose Jack. If I were stranded, I'd follow him and not Locke (who is an unstable headcase.)
Late night...I choose Letterman.
Early morning...I choose NBC's Today Show.

I totally agree with your choices for American Idol. I don't watch Survivor or Lost so I don't have an opinion.
100% Letterman and the Today Show. As for pop-Tarts...Strawberry is my favorite. Great...now I'm craving a strawberry pop-tart! =)
