I don't know if I am the only one, but I felt like it was a bit harder to bond with Kent when he was first born than it was when Parker joined our family. I'm sure it involves the fact that Parker was our only responsibility and had our undivided time and attention. When Kent came, my focus was already divided between him and an overactive two year old. Kent has surely won my heart and affections now.
I jokingly refer to him as my stalker, because he follows me wherever I go and is always on my heels. We've also nicknamed him marshmallow and chubby head because of his big head and bitable cheeks. He's earned the title of klepto due to the fact that he constantly steals things from around the house and hides them in various places. He is learning to throw temper tantrums, and he is learning that mommy just walks away and ignores them (that's what Supernanny says to do). He has recently been given his first series of "time-outs". At first he didn't want to stay in the little white chair, but now he understands and he sits there with a furrowed brow and pudgy pout.
His vocabulary has exploded over the last few weeks, and I've realized that I need to be careful because he mimics what I say. While Parker is more reserved in what he will try, Kent throws all caution to the wind and jumps into any activity with both feet. Parker is structured, while Kent is impulsive. Parker likes one toy at a time, Kent likes all toys at all times. Parker is more like Erik and I, so we are not sure where Kent came from. He's the lone Type B in our Type A family.
Without Kent we'd be boring, and predictable. Kenters is our little firecracker and keeps life interesting.

Hmm...see you and Erik have kids to misplace stuff for you. :-D
All I have is myself. Well, except for my tools...THOSE I can always find in Katie's painting bag.
I am sure Kent will keep you two hopping in years to come.
It sounds like kent will have you on your toes in the near future. He probably thinks he needs to add some flava to the type A house! haha Maybe one day I will meet your family.
GO KENT!!!
