I have found a way to eliminate a prolonged waiting period at the doctor's office.... Have your child puke right outside the front door of the office. Parker, with perfect timing and in a precise location, vomited for all of the nurses and secretaries to see. We were escorted immediately to an examination room, and the doctor arrived seconds later. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was awesome! When we got into the car I congratulated Parker for a stellar performance, and promised him stickers when we got home. That's my boy!

This month we have visited the Doctor 4x (at $35 a visit) plus we had Kent's shots at the Health Department (thanks to Angel M. for this tip!). I wish there was an equivalent to"frequent flyer miles" or a punch card....like 8 visits and your 9th one is free. We've spent a small fortune on medical care this month. We also just finished paying for Kent's birth and my hospital stay. He is one year's old and now we officially own him! :) I was curious as to why the bill was so high, so I asked for an itemized list....who knew asprin costs so much for the hospital?!
