On the way home from church this evening, I called my grandpa and after I got off the phone with him and Parker scolded me.
"Mom, talking on the phone when you are in the car is a safety violation."
What the world--he's only four years old!
-----------------------------------------------------------
Then my six year old cousin Gigi asked my aunt if the Tooth Fairy was real and she said, "Mom, you better tell me the truth. When you lie it puts black spots on Jesus' heart, and if he gets 10 black spots he will die."
Where do kids get this stuff?
Oh my word! Those stories are sooo funny! GO PARKER! I guess we all are in the wrong for talking on the phone while driving. How cute!
ReplyDeleteYou niece is so cute! 10 black spots and Jesus will die. I have she told her the truth! haha
Haha.. Kids absorb so much... it's amazing!
ReplyDeleteBusted MOM!
Gigi says a lot of funny things. She asked Shayna if her and Nico were going to get married. And Shayna had to explain that cousins don't marry each other. So Gigi replies "Well, Cara and Noah got married" lol Shayna again had to explain that Cara and Noah were not cousins, just a boy and a girl who fell in love. She cracks me up! I can't wait to tell her all these things when she's older
ReplyDeleteIt's from Lou and Lou - Safety Patrol on Playhouse Disney! They give out "safety violations" for everything. Brayden freaks out if I don't put his seatbelt on immediately because it's not safe!
ReplyDeleteOh my, your kids are TOO funny. And, Parker is beyond his years saying words like violation, must run in the family!!
